Methods
Collect. We download every public protocol PDF and web page and keep the original file with its hash and download date.
Extract. One model pulls each statement (drug, dose, route, indication, permission). A second model checks it independently.
Review. Disagreements go to human review. Anyone can report an error on any row.
Code. Statements are mapped to NEMSIS protocol codes, RxNorm and SNOMED, then compared with national guidance.
Re-check. Sources are re-checked monthly. Old versions are kept, and changes feed the newsletter.
Counts are of protocol sets, not agencies. "Allowed" includes base contact and "consider", and is labeled. Not mentioned is not the same as not allowed. Allowed by protocol does not mean stocked or used.
